Assessment Surveys

Our assessment surveys are available online, but can also be printed and completed by hand.  The benefits of the surveys include easy and fast sending via email for online completion, ability for survey takers to select priorities, and the results are automatically sorted and graphed.

Online RubricMaker

The Online RubricMaker contains 232 ready-to-use Transition rubrics OR 97 ready-to-use Behavior rubrics.  With Ten Sigma rubrics, teachers can establish a baseline for each skill, clearly communicate with parents and students, and can easily monitor and report student progress.

Using the Online RubricMaker, teachers are able to customize the rubrics by editing existing rubrics or creating their own.  Teachers can also create custom scales or select from a variety of our scoring scales.

We offer Transition and Behavior rubrics.

STEP Transition Program

The STEP program is designed to increase student involvement throughout their Transition process including before, during, and after IEP meetings.   Teacher's use the STEP program documents to engage students in exploring, identifying their postsecondary goals.

Then students are guided to lead a portion of their IEP meeting to discuss their goals and how they identified them, which increases student self-advocacy, ownership, and leadership skills.

Students are also guided to take ownership of completing important tasks between IEP meetings and communicating with parents and teachers about their progress on reaching their postsecondary goals.
