Training Materials
Through training, each participant receives (1) access to Rubrics for Transition skills for each of the four levels in both hard-copy and in editable form on CD-ROM, (2) online access to Activities for Transition for one year, and (3) online access to the Targeting Transition surveys for all four levels in electronic form for one year.
Rubrics for Transition manuals
Participants get access to each of four transition rubrics manuals which includes transition needs assessment surveys, rubrics that define the transition skills in detail, and multiple-year progress report forms.
With the Rubrics for Transition manuals, participants also get all of the rubrics in the four transition rubrics manuals in editable form in RubricMaker software. With the transition rubrics in the RubricMaker, participants can edit rubric wording and change rubric scales to make the rubrics more effective for data collection.
Transition activities
Participants get online access to Activities for Transition for each of the skills in the higher-functioning and moderate disabilities manuals. For the skills in these two manuals, there are lessons, interviews or observations, practice activities, authentic situations, evaluations, plans for improvement, and certificates that students can earn.
Electronic Targeting Transition surveys
Participants get online access to electronic Targeting Transition (eTransition) surveys for all four levels of transition skills for one year. The eTransition surveys allows team members to complete surveys over the Internet. Case managers can then sort the results by need and priority, produce graphs, and print out results.
