Transition Curriculum for Increasing Student Ownership
As we know, the purpose of Transition is to prepare students and young adults to make a successful transition to adult life. Unfortunately students are often treated as “passengers” rather than “drivers” in exploring, identifying, and managing their progress towards achieving their Postsecondary goals.
Ten Sigma has created programs and curriculum designed to introduce students to Transition and guide them to take ownership throughout their transition process – including before, during, and between IEP meetings.
