Student Transition Tasks and Curriculum
Based on their plan for life after school, there are many tasks that a student or young adult needs to do to make a successful transition to adult life. This is why it is so important to guide students/young adults to take ownership in exploring, identifying, and managing their progress toward reaching there goals.
Ten Sigma has created the Starting Line Fast Track student Transition curriculum that guides students step-by-step through exploring, identifying, and completing important tasks to prepare them for adult life.
